Practical tips

xtraMultiSender is a unique professional tool for sending messages by Email, MS Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp.

All in one. Save time, you will be faster and you will definitely 'not forget' anyone.

This is our main motto and therefore take our recommendations as the result of our practical experience with sending messages to Teams/Telegram/WhatsApp social networks.

It is necessary to realize that the xtraMultiSender application was created for faster communication between 'me' and 'my' real users, ie for sending messages according to criteria defined by 'me'.
By the word 'me' I mean myself as a user of the xtraMultiSender application.

:: Read our tips carefully
Keep in mind that incorrect use of the xtraMultiSender application may result in your account being blocked by social networks. By improper use we mean any violation of their rules (the rules of the owners of social networks).

Be aware that the most important thing is the fact that your account has a certain credit rating, and any 'improper' use of the account can lead to a decrease in this credit rating and even to the blocking of the account being used.

The author of the xtraMultiSender application bears no responsibility for the non-functionality of your account in the form of account blocking by the social platform or account cancellation by the social platform or use of any other method by which the social platform prohibits and does not allow the use of your account.

Our recommendations are the following:

1) xtraMultiSender only works with the user who is visible under 'my' currently logged in account for Teams/Telegram/WhatsApp ie mutual consent for communication between 'my' and 'his' account has been confirmed.

2) The user definition in the xtraMultiSender application must be identical to the displayed user definition, ie:

Correctly defined user
TeamsID: 'Display Name TeamsUser'
TeamsDisplayName: 'Display Name TeamsUser'

Correctly defined user
TeamsID: 'Display Name TeamsUser'
TeamsDisplayName: 'DISPLAY NamE TeamsUser'

Incorrectly defined user:
TeamsID: 'Display Name TeamsUser'
TeamsDisplayName: 'Display Name TeamsUser '

Incorrectly defined user:
TeamsID: 'Display Name TeamsUser'
TeamsDisplayName: 'Display NameTeamsUser'

Incorrectly defined user:
TeamsID: ' Display Name TeamsUser'
TeamsDisplayName: 'Display Name TeamsUser'

3) We recommend using a phrase in the message that will talk about the possibility of opting out of receiving messages, because social networks evaluate the content of the sent message.

4) We recommend running a task (sending a message) with a smaller number of users than one task with a larger number of users, i.e. 10 users are set for one task by default (10 tasks with 10 users is 'better' for a social network than 1 task with 100 users) .

5) Do not send any message to an unknown user via the xtraMultiSender application. An unknown user is any user who has not given you consent for communication.

6) If your user asks you to block his/her account in the xtraMultiSender application, block it and it clearly means that the user does not want to receive your messages in the given social platform.
This is so that you do not become a publicly blocked contact and the 'credit' of your account does not decrease.
You can unblock the user at any time.

7) Due to the fact that xtraMultiSender works with the content of web pages, the update is published within 24 hours depending on the published 'change' of the content of the Teams/Telegram/WhatsApp website, and the user is informed about the availability of a new version of the application.

Don't do what you don't want others to do to you, that means don't send messages to users who don't want it.

Are there any messaging rules to follow?
We recommend that you read the following practical advice.

If the message is not sent, what to do?
The message is usually not sent due to an incorrect user definition,
ie, we recommend checking the user's ID and display name with the data displayed directly in the user's profile.
If the user definition is correct, we recommend sending the message again.

Why is the message sending time different?
xtraMultiSender depends on the responsiveness of the web servers of individual social networks, and for this reason the time between sending and receiving a message may vary. Our goal was to send and deliver a message to the user, i.e. is not important
whether the send time will be 10 seconds or 4 seconds.

What is xtraMultiBrowser?
xtraMultiBrowser is an application that simplifies web communication with social networks by defining multiple tabs in one displayed panel. Practical use is, for example, when sending messages, when the user does not have to click through several windows, but everything is displayed in one panel, which the user himself defines (designs).

How to import contacts?
xtraMultiSender allows you to import contacts from .cvs, .xls, xlsx files (Groups->Tools->Import).

What is file verification?
Activating file verification checks the file structure, updates data,
backing up files (Groups->Tools->Verify files).

What are keyword categories for?
It is in addition to defining the user using keywords, on the basis of which it is possible to select (filter) users,
e.g. boy's word Mr., Mrs., Miss, etc. (Groups->Tools->Keyword Categories).
